The psychological component of sport is enormously important. I specialize in helping clients achieve peak performance. I work with clients at all levels, from the professional athlete looking for success in competition to the beginner struggling with issues of basic fitness.
One of the techniques I use is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing). EMDR rapidly breaks down the walls that block personal growth. Its benefits include improved concentration and increased mind/body connection. I also teach relaxation and stress management, so that your energy is spent achieving your goals rather than being directed into worry and stress.
